Registered Arabian Gelding

Lightening is the Executive Director’s personal horse. You may see him in videos, pictures, and comments. He lives with the other horses and makes sure to keep Maverick on his toes. You may also hear him being called Satan as there is a love/hate relationship between him and his owner. While he is not a part of Borderlands’s retirement program, he deserves a small spotlight because everyone at Borderlands is considered a part of the family.
